Servings: 2 1/2 cups -10 (1/4 c/) servings per recipe
- 1 c. olive oil
- ¼ c. soy sauce
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 T. minced ginger root
- 1 t. dijon mustard
- 2 t. honey
- black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mustard, honey and pepper.
Add oil in steady stream, whisking constantly.
Pour into glass jar and chill until ready to serve.
Shake well before serving.
