Servings: 8 servings per recipe -1/4 c. per serving
- ¾ c. extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ c. good quality red wine vinegar
- 1½ t. oregano
- 1 t. sea salt
- pinch of pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or place in a tightly covered jar and shake to combine.
The dressing will turn a light color with a creamy texture as the oil and vinegar combine.
