Pumpkin spice season is in full effect and these yummy roasted pecans make the perfect snack! I also love to use them in salads on even on top of ice cream…yum!
What You Need
- 1 pound pecans
- 3 T. extra light tasting olive oil just enough to coat the nuts
- 1/3 c. TLC Harvest Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Roast 15-20 minutes until done, turning once during the baking process
