I love making this smoothie in the morning as a super easy breakfast! Not a fan of peaches or raspberries? Just swap out whatever fruit you do love.
What You Need
- 1/2 cup peaches
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 scoop collagen powder
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 10 oz coconut water
- 1 tsp TLC American Apple Pie Seasoning may also use plain cinnamon
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to desired consistency.
