Japanese Ginger Dressing Recipe

Japanese Ginger Dressing

What You Need

  • 1 c. olive oil
  • ¼ c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 T. minced ginger root
  • 1 t. dijon mustard
  • 2 t. honey
  • black pepper to taste

How to Make It

  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mustard, honey and pepper.
  • Add oil in steady stream, whisking constantly.
  • Pour into glass jar and chill until ready to serve.
  • Shake well before serving.
