What You Need
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp TLC American Apple Pie Seasoning can also use plain cinnamon or Inflammation Buster
How to Make It
- Add banana, berries and walnuts to a bowl, sprinkle with Seasoning.
- Top with almond butter.
