American Apple Pie Fat Bombs

40px;”>Got a sweet tooth on your low carb day? Need to get those fats way up? Try these fat bombs! The cool thing is you can use whatever ingredients you want, the base recipe of coconut cream and MCT oil remains the same! My favorites have been peanut butter and mini chocolate chips, lemon and blueberry, raspberries and my Inflammation Buster, and of course these apple pie ones!





American Apple Pie Fat Bombs

Yields: 24 servings per recipe

  • 3/4 c. MCT Oil
  • 1 can coconut cream (make sure it is CREAM, Thai brand is the best)
  • 2 t. TLC American Apple Pie Seasoning
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  1. Mix the coconut cream and MCT oil together well.
  2. Stir in the Seasoning.
  3. Pour into silicone molds and top with walnuts.
  4. Freeze until hard.
