What You Need
- 4 oz avocado
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 10 oz almond milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 2 scoop collagen powder
- 1 tsp TLC Inflammation Buster Seasoning may substitute plain cinnamon
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consisitency. Add more ice or almond milk to suit your preference.
